How to hide names of muted players in CS2
Type cl_sanitize_muted_players 1 in your game console so players you mute also lose their name and avatar in your game.

Arguments
0|1Required- 1 hides muted players' names and avatars, 0 shows them.
What it does
When on, muted players also lose their name and picture in your game, not just their voice.

Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
