How to hide player avatars in CS2
Type cl_hide_avatar_images 2 in your game console to hide every avatar except your friends'; 1 hides all of them.

modeRequired- 0 off, 1 hide all, 2 hide all but friends.
What it does
Blocks profile pictures in the scoreboard and elsewhere. Set 1 to hide all avatars, 2 to keep only your friends' avatars.
The game's own description: Hide avatar images for other players. 0 - Off. 1 - Block All 2 - Block all but friends
Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
