How to mute everyone but friends in CS2
Type cl_mute_all_but_friends_and_party 2 in your game console to block voice and chat from all but friends and party, in every mode.

Arguments

What it does
Lets only friends and your matchmaking party talk to you. Set 1 to apply it outside competitive modes, or 2 to apply it in every mode.
The game's own description: Only allow communication from friends and matchmaking party members. Set to 1 to apply the in non-competitive game modes. Set to 2 will apply the setting in all modes.
Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
