What it does

Changes the accent color of the in-game HUD. 0 follows your team color; 1 to 11 pick a fixed color. It is purely cosmetic and does not affect the crosshair.

The game's own description: 0 = team color, 1 = white, 2 = bright white, 3 = light blue, 4 = blue, 5 = purple, 6 = red, 7 = orange, 8 = yellow, 9 = green, 10 = aqua, 11 = pink.

Use it in your game

Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
