How to bind the spray wheel in CS2
Type bind t +spray_menu in your game console, then hold T to open the graffiti wheel and release it over a spray to place it.

Opens the graffiti wheel while held, so you can pick and place a spray.

What it does
Shows the graffiti selection wheel. Release the key over a spray to apply it; with cl_playerspray_auto_apply on, the selected spray is placed when the wheel closes.
Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
