How to record a demo in CS:S

Type record myclutch in your game console while in a game to record myclutch.dem in cstrike. Type stop to end it.

Arguments

filenameRequired: Demo name, without .dem.

What it does

Saved as a .dem file in the cstrike folder. You must be in a game for recording to start.

Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in cstrike/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
