How to open the demo controls in CS:S

Type demoui in your game console, or press Shift+F2 while watching, to pause, slow down or skip through a demo.

What it does

Lets you pause, fast forward, slow down and jump through a demo. Shift+F2 also opens it while watching.

Use it in your game

Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in cstrike/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
