How to change SourceTV spectator slots in TF2
Type tv_maxclients 32 in the server console to allow 32 SourceTV spectators. 0 records demos without letting anyone watch live.

Sets the maximum number of spectators that can connect to SourceTV.
tv_maxclients <count> Examples
tv_maxclients 0 Record only, no live viewers.
tv_maxclients 32 Allow 32 spectators.

countRequired- From 0 to 255.

Set it to 0 to record demos without allowing anyone to watch live.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
