How to turn on Medic auto callers in TF2
Type hud_medicautocallers 1 in your game console and hurt teammates show a call bubble while you play Medic, as if they called for you.

What it does
Players below the health threshold set in hud_medicautocallersthreshold get a call bubble on your screen while you play Medic.
Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in tf/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
