How to turn on the Halloween event in Rust
Type halloween.enabled True in the server console to start the Halloween event, with themed loot, NPCs and mechanics. False ends it.

Arguments
stateRequired- True to enable Halloween content.
What it does
Turn it on for a seasonal event. NPC counts are set separately, for example with halloween.scarecrowpopulation.

Run it on your server
