How to enable or disable an event in Rust

Type events.set_event_enabled <event> False in the server console to turn off that event, or True to turn it on. events.print_server_events lists the names.

events.set_event_enabled

Enables or disables one named server event.

events.set_event_enabled <event> <True|False>

Examples

events.set_event_enabled <event> False

Replace <event> with a name from the list.

Arguments

eventRequired
Event name as listed by events.print_server_events.
stateRequired
True to enable, False to disable.

What it does

Turns a single event on or off without affecting the others, for example to stop airdrops while keeping cargo. Get event names from events.print_server_events.

The game's own description: Enables or disables a specific server event by name; disabled events will not trigger automatically until re-enabled

Run it on your server

Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
