How to stop weapon bobbing in CS:S
With sv_cheats 1 on, type cl_bob 0 in your game console and your gun stays steady on screen while you move.
cl_bob
Sets how much the weapon bobs while you move.
cl_bob <amount> Examples
cl_bob 0 No weapon bob.
Arguments
amountRequired- Bob amount.
What it does
Weapon bob is the up and down motion of your gun as you walk. Set it to 0 for a steady weapon on screen.

Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in cstrike/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
